It's promising to be a electric night with an eclectic mix of special guests and chat, including Grammy-nominated jazz trumpeter Theo Croker, who performs tracks from his hotly anticipated new album Dream Manifest, and the boundary-pushing Joe Webb Trio, who will celebrate Oscar Peterson 100 years after his birth.
Opening the evening is North East jazz artist Rivkala recently spotlighted by BBC Music Introducing as one of its ‘Ones to Watch for 2025'.
This Prom will be recorded for future broadcast on BBC Radio.
