Welcome to The Listening Post, where each week we get an insight into the radio listening habits of a guest contributor. Once each person has made their picks, we ask them to nominate someone for the following week's Listening Post...
Last week after being nominated by Freelancer Christy Evans, Heart Producer Mark Willington provided us with his listening highlights. They included Nothing But The 90's on BBC Radio Manchester, Saturday Night At The Movies on Classic FM and Smallzy's Surgery on Nova Australia. You can view his full selections here.
Mark has nominated BBC Studio Manager Jack Mooney to provide this week's Listening Post.
Check out Jack's suggestions below...

1. Greg James - BBC Radio 1
"Greg on and off the air is a total laugh, when the end of a long day is nigh, you can always count on Greg, Ian and Chris to keep you smiling all the way home. Just the other day (Monday) whilst driving in the car, they launched a new feature called 'Pun Pong'. This consists of choosing a topic, such as weather, and then writing as many related puns throughout the duration of a song. The puns were incredible."

2. Celebrate Saturday - Emma Bunton, Heart
"If I want to get in the mood for going out, then I put on Celebrate Saturday. The choice in music always makes me want to dig up the old singles in my music library and stick them on my phone. Emma each week gets a caller to choose a song from the '90’s, '00’s and today. Some of the choice genres can be totally unrelated but usually it's a great mix of music!"

3. Dan Roberts, BBC Radio London
"I first stumbled across Dan’s show when flicking through my radio in my room on Saturday evening and as soon as I listened to it for a good couple of minutes I was hooked. Dan features new up and coming artists, who are not necessarily big on the music scene but are certainly worth checking out. This show introduced me to Catfish and the Bottlemen, Prides and even Alessia Cara! Each week Dan gets a band in and gets them to perform a couple of live tracks. There is also a feature called 'Old Heads New Tails' whereby Dan spins a coin and if it lands on heads an old song from a featured artist will be played but if it lands on heads, the new track from the particular artist will be played instead. It is certainly worth a listen!"

4. The Chris Moyles Show, Radio X
"Chris Moyles is back on the wireless once again. Personally I find him better suited on Radio X, as he used to gain a much older audience on Radio 1 anyway. The show still consists with some old features such as 'Rob DJ’s Monday Night Pub Quiz' and I am also enjoying the visualisation videos that get posted on their website and also their Facebook page. Recently, they put up a video of newsreader Dominic Byrne abandoned alone in the studio at the start of the show, as the rest of the team hide in another studio so see how he would react. The video is priceless!"

5. Voices, BBC Radio Jersey
"Voices is one of the most unique shows on BBC local radio, it’s one of only few shows that feature the native language of a certain region. The show consists of a story written in Jersey’s native tongue Jerrias, read out by an alternating local each week. The week's local news is in Portuguese and also Polish follows the Le Lettre Jerrias, then a French insert rounds off the programme, which accommodates the French speakers on the island! It’s a nice little 25 minute programme which gains a large audience."
Next Week's Listening Post:
"I hope you enjoyed my choices. Next week Cameron Ward will be showcasing his radio choices. Cameron hosts Weekday Drive and Saturday Mornings on BBC Radio Jersey. Cameron is a great guy and a fellow radio geek! I am sure his selection will be something to look forward to!"
Check back next Friday for Cameron's choices...
