Every week The Selector After Dark hosts a 55 minute mix from a hot new British DJ and producer - from glitchy electronica to dark dirty techno, all genres are welcome as long as the beats are banging. And this week the show is celebrating 200 episodes.

We've also recently uploaded one of the very first Selector After Dark shows that we produced - Night Slugs boss L-Vis 1990 was an early guest and you can listen to his selections here.
To celebrate such a momentous birthday, we at Folded Wing HQ have all chosen our favourite British DJs and producers to grace the decks of Selector After Dark. We'd love to hear your choices too - get in touch on Twitter @FoldedWingUK.

Si Begg
"Wow, this is a hard one this week! So many great British DJs - I'm torn between Danny Breaks and Si Begg. They're both so skilled with sound and blow me away every time I hear them.
I'm going to go for Si Begg, though, I loved his After Dark mix. So much goes into everything Si crafts, from DJ sets to Folded Wing jingles. He actually made the Selector jingles! We collaborated together on a special 12" for Sonar Kollectiv and interludes for my Broad Casting compilation. It was, of course, inspired by the Moomins and featured Fatima. You can listen here."

Horse Meat Disco
"Showing love for Horse Meat on the Folded Wing blog two weeks on the trot (pun intended, apologies). Horse Meat Disco every Sunday night at The Eagle in Vauxhall is probably the best weekly residency in London, with the best resident DJs: Jim, Luke, James and Severino. The boys' mix for Selector After Dark from a few years ago is a corker, they never fail to deliver."
Andrea
My Nu Leng
"I'm really enjoying what My Nu Leng are doing at the moment, especially their Masterplan EP."
John
Kelpe
"A DJ/producer that I've always been impressed with when I've heard him play out is Kelpe. I just really like the way he mixes up lots of styles and tempos, but keeps things flowing nicely. The mix he did for Selector After Dark last year was one of the best we've had."

Pete Cannon
"I think my favourite After Dark we have had is from UK hip hop producer Pete Cannon. His intro is definitely the funniest we've had to start a mix and his selection of tunes is brilliant. Plus the album he did with Dr Syntax earlier this year, Killer Combo, is absolutely brilliant."
Lucy
Ambassadeurs
"Absolutely love the recent Ambassadeurs mix - he pulls together so many different genres, from Brighton soul singer Elli Ingram covering Kendrick Lamar, the blissful new Caribou single and some future grime from Darq E Freaker and combines them all seamlessly. No mean feat!"

Tony Blackburn
"I don't know any of the DJs on The Selector! However, the best DJ of all times is Tony Blackburn. He's still as good today as he was on his first Radio 1 show in 1967. I was listening to him last weekend and he is a legend."
